This week I finished off the concept from last week, and worked on the final illustration for it aswell.

I decided to make her eyes completely white, and basically the same colour as her skin, to try and make her look a little more flat, which is why I didn't add too much colour to the face, since it didn't look as flat that way.

For the illustration I decided to focus more on the upper half, to show her emotion. I wanted to play around with effects a little for this illustration, make it look like she's printed out on paper but it's printed out wrong, but I worked more into the painting first.

I changed her pose a little bit, having her holding onto her head as if it would fall if she didn't hold on. I added tears as-well to emphasize her pain. I tried to make the tears look like it was on paper, and I think it worked pretty well.

I then added a background, changed the ripped up at a little bit and started playing around a little with effects. I'm pretty pleased with how this looks, but I wanted to play around a little more to really push it.

I decided to make it greyscale, to try and make it look more like it was printed badly. I'm pleased with how this turned out, I really like the final outcome and I think I'm definitely going to keep it like this instead of the previous version. Next week I'm going to move onto a new phobia.
